Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking an entry level Manufacturing Quality (MQ) Inspector for our Dublin, Ohio plant. The role focuses on monitoring production processes for cGMP compliance, performing visual, functional, and dimensional testing to support product release in bag fabrication, overwrap and packaging areas.

The position is onsite and requires ability to work in a clean room environment, with attention to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must pass area requirements for certification/area.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of basic mathematical calculations and data entry into systems.
• Detail-oriented with good focus on in-process activities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials, batch records, and final products during production.
• Perform release testing and evaluate product conformance.
• Record data into batch records and electronic databases.
• Identify defects and determine acceptance according to specs.
• Monitor lines for irregularities and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers on issues.
