Job summary

TPI Staffing, Inc. is hiring Entry-Level Quality Control Inspectors in Tomball, TX, with training at the Cypress facility. You will perform visual and manual inspections to help ensure products meet our quality standards before leaving the plant.

We offer Day shift 8 AM–8 PM and Night shift 8 PM–8 AM, 12-hour shifts, with pay rates of $16.00/hour (Day) or $16.75/hour (Night). Prior QC experience helps but is not required; training is provided at Cypress before joining Tomball.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior QA experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to train at Cypress facility before Tomball deployment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and manual quality inspections on products and materials.
• Identify, document and report defects or quality issues.
• Maintain strict quality standards and safety protocols.
• Communicate inspection results with team members and supervisors.
