Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is required; other engineering backgrounds may be considered case-by-case.
• 0-3 years of quality engineering or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize statistical tools and quality engineering methods to improve process quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Support the plant’s continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve manufacturing and quality issues.
• Communicate directly with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns quickly and effectively.
• Develop and implement inspection methods and procedures for products.
• Spend significant time on the production floor working with team members to identify opportunities for improvement.
