• Lead and support quality improvements with suppliers to reduce PPM, warranty claims and rejects.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams and other QA methodologies.
• ISO 9001 or IAT16949 audit experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading.
