Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn QC testing methods and lab equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with leads, trainers, and team in a fast-paced lab.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and mix test materials according to formulas and specifications.
• Prepare test samples using lab equipment (2-roll mills, extruders, injection molders).
• Learn color evaluation techniques using spectrophotometer readings and visual inspection.
• Record test results into designated systems with accuracy.
• Communicate results and observations to QC Lead or team members.
• Maintain clean, organized equipment and lab areas for safe operations.
• Perform Melt Flow analysis and other tests to validate product performance.
• Follow safety procedures, SOPs, PPE, and quality standards.
