Job summary

KVK Tech, Inc. is seeking an entry-level QC Junior Chemist to support the Quality Control laboratory. You will perform basic analytical testing, sample preparation, and documentation under supervision in an oral solid dosage pharmaceutical environment.

You will assist with testing raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, stability samples, and development samples while developing proficiency in analytical techniques and laboratory safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity; 0–1 year laboratory experience may be considered.
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, cGMP, GLP, analytical, or Quality Control laboratory preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with basic laboratory safety, analytical calculations, sample preparation, and documentation practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, stability samples, and product development samples using approved methods.
• Prepare samples, standards, reagents, buffers, and mobile phases per procedures.
• Support wet chemistry, pH testing, titrations, dissolution, HPLC, UV-Vis, FT-IR, and related techniques.
• Document all activities in notebooks, worksheets, logbooks, forms, and electronic systems per ALCOA and Data Integrity.
• Verify instruments and equipment are within calibration and report any discrepancies or out-of-spec results.
• Maintain a safe, organized, inspection-ready laboratory through inventory, cleaning, labeling, and waste management.
