• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of industry or relevant experience.
• Ability to operate diverse analytical lab equipment and develop/validate procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains working knowledge of raw material control and finished product analysis.
• Performs daily raw material in-process bulk and/or finished product testing to support production.
• Operates analytical instruments: IR, GC, UV-Vis, HPLC, XRF, Karl Fischer.
• Develops test methods for and performs new product assays.
• Performs equipment installation/OP/QC on lab equipment.
• Knowledge of USP requirements.
• Contributes suggestions for improving laboratory methods and procedures.
• Participates in analytical in-house education training.
