This entry-level role requires at least 1 year of relevant hands-on experience and offers exposure to electrical testing, controls, documentation, and equipment verification. You will work alongside experienced technicians and engineers, performing inspections, basic tests, and data recording.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, electrical work, manufacturing, or quality control.
• Ability to use basic hand tools safely.
• Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong safety awareness.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist quality and test technicians with daily inspection and testing activities.
• Perform basic electrical and functional testing per procedures.
• Document results accurately and maintain records.
• Support QC hold-point inspections and identify issues.
• Learn PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and instrumentation.
• Ensure equipment is properly prepared for customer delivery.
