Job summary

Sub-Zero Group in Madison, WI, seeks an IT Tech Lead II – Web to lead the web team and digital platforms. You will mentor developers and analysts, set technical direction, and drive secure, scalable solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders, drive architecture and governance, and balance innovation with reliability and debt management. This role offers strong growth and impact within a luxury appliance brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
• Experience managing relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Experience as a technical lead/architect for AEM and related platforms.
• Ability to define roadmaps, architecture standards, and governance.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise web solutions in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of web developers and analysts.
• Serve as the technical authority for web platforms (AEM, Coveo, Cloudflare).
• Define architectural standards, best practices, and governance processes.
• Provide hands‑on leadership through solution design and code reviews.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee delivery across initiatives, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Drive platform strategy, roadmaps, and balance innovation with technical debt.
• Manage team capacity and prioritize work for ongoing delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure successful solutions.
• Represent the web team in leadership discussions and strategic tech decisions.
