Job summary

ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, has an opening for a Purchasing Assistant/Storefront Clerk at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. This is an entry-level full-time position.

You will handle warehouse tasks, inventory management, hazmat handling, and customer checkout support, while engaging with suppliers and supporting procurement processes to maintain stock levels and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 0–2 years of experience.
• Must be able to obtain a CAC access card for Schofield Barracks.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming stock for count and quality.
• Label, bag, stock, and organize shelves.
• Communicate discrepancies with suppliers.
• Perform physical inventories and daily cycle counts.
• Assist customers at storefront and process orders at checkouts.
• Support procurement activities and vendor documentation.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in warehouse areas.
