Job summary

Olympic Sports & Spine seeks an entry-level Physical Therapy Clinic Aide for our Tacoma Allenmore clinic. You will support clinic and front-office operations under therapists’ supervision, setting up modalities and handling various administrative duties.

The role is non-treating, full-time with benefits. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m., with eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, sick, vacation, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with no clinical treating responsibilities.
• Must be able to perform administrative tasks as part of clinic support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic and front-office support to therapy staff.
• Set up therapeutic modalities under direction of therapy staff.
• Handle administrative tasks: filing, scanning, answering phones, laundry, stocking exam rooms, ordering and inventory.
