Olympic Sports & Spine, Tacoma Allenmore clinic, is hiring an entry-level Physical Therapy Clinic Aide for a full-time role. The position involves assisting clinic staff with front-office and clinic duties, including modality setups under therapist direction and a range of administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will work under supervision of physical and occupational therapists and patient service staff, with eligibility for a comprehensive full-time benefits package.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position, non-treating.
• Schedule is Mon-Thu 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. (No Saturdays).

Responsibilities

• Assist clinic personnel by providing clinic and front-office support.
• Provide therapeutic modality setups under the direction of the therapy staff.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, answering phones, laundry, stocking exam rooms, ordering and inventory.
