Job summary

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) in Covington is hiring an entry-level Physical Therapy Clinic Aide to support therapy staff and front-office operations. This full-time, non-treating role provides therapeutic modality setup under supervision and helps with administrative tasks.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with a prorated benefits package for part-time eligibility and access to medical, sick, vacation, and holiday benefits.

Qualifications

• This is an entry-level, non-treating position.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic modality setups under direction of therapy staff.
• Assist all clinic personnel with front-office tasks and patient flow.
• Perform filing, scanning, answering phones and other admin duties.
• Laundry, stocking exam rooms, ordering, and inventory tasks.
• Work under close supervision of therapists, therapy assistants and patient services.
