• Monitors patients and documents location and behavior as directed.
• Assists with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Records vital signs and basic measurements; notifies nursing staff of changes.
• Participates in group activities and patient admissions as directed.
• Attends mandatory education programs and staff meetings.
