Job summary

Supportive Living Solutions is seeking a part-time or full-time maintenance helper to work at SLS properties in Saint Paul and Minneapolis. You will perform landscaping and snow removal, assist the maintenance team with light indoor duties, and transport materials and supplies while engaging with clients and staff to maintain tidy, well-kept spaces.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with $20–$24 per hour and mileage reimbursement if applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Must possess and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping and snow removal at SLS properties in Saint Paul and Minneapolis.
• Assist maintenance team with light indoor duties.
• Acquire, transport, and deliver maintenance materials and supplies.
• Interact with team members and clients in offices and living spaces to keep properties well-kept.
• Attend weekly team meetings and participate in one-on-one manager meetings to develop skills.

You'll interact with team members and clients as you work within their offices and living spaces to maintain a well-kept property. You will be a part of weekly team meetings to connect and share thoughts and idea on how we can best accomplish our goals, and you’ll have one-on-one meetings with your manager to further support you, develop your skills, problem solve, and further learn aspects of the role.WHY SLS?
