TelCom Construction is hiring a full-time Project Specialist to support our construction and telecom field teams. This entry-level role emphasizes interpreting prints, verifying field as-builts, and clear cross-team communication to drive action.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math.
• Ability to read and understand project instructions, work orders, and reports.
• Basic computer skills; Google Workspace experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up new projects and keeping project files organized and up to date.
• Support project documentation, including permits, scheduling updates, and progress tracking.
• Help review and prepare project paperwork for final closeouts.
• Learn how to track project activity and support accurate reporting and billing.
• Provide assistance to other project team members as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Support company policies, procedures, and safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Some travel may be required.
