FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in Blaine, MN is hiring a full-time, 100% on-site Project Specialist to support construction and telecom field teams. This entry-level role focuses on interpreting prints, verifying field as-builts, and coordinating with teams.

The position offers weekly pay, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) match, stock plan, and opportunities for education reimbursement, with strong emphasis on training and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and interpretation of project docs.
• Proficient with Google Workspace tools and office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up new projects and keeping project files organized and up to date.
• Support project documentation, including permits, scheduling updates, and progress tracking.
• Help review and prepare project paperwork for final closeouts.
• Learn how to track project activity to support accurate reporting and billing.
• Support other project team members as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety initiatives.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
• Travel as needed for project requirements.
