Actalent is seeking an Entry Level Project Manager/Engineer for De Pere, WI. You will support a High Level Project Manager, interface with customers, and help move projects through CAD, MS Project, and ERP systems.

The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating meetings, and handling procurement, cost controls, and scheduling tasks, with a hands-on approach to documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering-related curriculum required.
• 2+ years of experience with MS Project or ERP system.
• 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of CAD experience.
• 2+ years of project support in cost controls, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to organize large amounts of information and manage multiple projects.

Job Title: Entry Level Project Manager/Engineer

Job Description

The position involved working under a High Level Project Manager, managing projects across various industries. The role requires interfacing with multiple customers and ensuring the smooth progression of projects.

Responsibilities

• Read through CAD drawings to determine accuracy and fit.

• Work within MS Project/ERP systems to advance projects through different phases.

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas and invite lists are completed, secure training rooms, and take and publish notes.

• Assist in procurement activities, including requisitioning and invoice management to suppliers, change order development to clients, and procurement/ESM tracking.

• Assist with data communication to the Project Manager.

• Maintain change log and file supporting documentation such as emails and meeting notes.

• Utilize existing or develop custom reporting as required per project.

• Assist in efforts to solve financial, scheduling, and regulatory issues.

Essential Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering-related curriculum.

• 2+ years of experience with MS Project and/or an ERP System.

• 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience.

• 2+ years of experience working within a CAD system.

• 2+ years of project support experience in areas such as cost controls, purchasing, and supply chain.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to organize large amounts of information into a coherent and meaningful format while managing multiple projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with MS Project.

• 2+ years of experience in cost management/change management.

Work Environment

The role requires working in various environments, including office settings, manufacturing, and construction sites, with a travel expectation of 15% or less.Entry

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of De Pere, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
