Job summary

Actalent in Pasadena, TX seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from kickoff to final customer acceptance, ensuring end-to-end execution across planning, design, procurement, manufacturing, integration, testing and delivery. You will manage scope, schedule, cost and performance while serving as the main customer contact to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires proven project management skills, an engineering background and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven project management skills.
• Experience in engineering, electrical engineering, and product development life cycle.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, switchgear, controls, and relay panels.
• Minimum of 1 year of project management experience.
• Understanding of medium voltage, low voltage, ehouse, buildings, relay, and panels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to align internal execution with customer requirements.
• Conduct internal and customer kickoff meetings and drive ongoing project updates.
• Communicate technical and contractual requirements to ensure team alignment.
• Allocate resources and prioritize project activities to meet deadlines.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure scope and deliverables are met.
• Monitor and report project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with documentation, contractual terms, and company processes.
• Support invoicing, track payments, and manage project financials.
• Approve shipments and ensure all deliverables meet customer expectations.
• Drive project closeout and secure formal customer acceptance.
