Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and engage in technical job functions.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety meetings.
• Create and manage punch lists.
• Support the QA/QC program as outlined by PCI.
• Prepare RFIs and submittals.
• Labor control on projects including setup and maintenance.
• Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering.
• Support implementation of the project schedule.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M’s.
• Coordinate material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing.
