• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE/CS or comparable work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn new skills by engaging in technical job functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety meetings and support QA/QC measures.
• Create and manage punch lists; prepare RFIs and submittals.
• Labor control on projects; coordinate material takeoffs and purchase orders.
• Assist in developing and implementing the project schedule; coordinate warranties and O&M’s.
