Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

The KerTec Administrative Team is growing! We are looking for an Entry Level - Assistant to join our team (this role can be remote for the right candidate). Do you have a background or strong interest in natural resources, agriculture, environmental science, etc? Are you able to view high-level data sets and offer summary/tracking? Summary of Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Extracting information from Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Civil Plans
• Working with the project financial analysis teams
• Perform financial tracking and analysis on multiple projects
• Attend Project support calls and meetings
• Serving in a trusted support role to the Project Analyst and Administrative team
• Assist in developing proposals, technical reports and formal documents
• Respond to client/potential client requests via phone or email
• Communicate with vendors about pricing and product availability
• Occasional site visits to assess site conditions, collect samples, communicate to Consulting Team

Candidates must be:

• Open to being trained
• Eager and willing to collaborate with others but be self-motivated

Must Have:

• Strong Communication skills and experience with relationship building – most important requirement
• A background in Agriculture/natural resources/environmental science/plant and soils science
• Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimum supervision
• Proactive candidate, detail oriented, able to provide project/task updates and build trust
• Experience working on computers and with spreadsheets

Preferred:

• Science-based Associates Degree, or higher
• Candidate has access to personal computer
