We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator III with experience in user acceptance testing (UAT), project scheduling, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will support system projects and operations by managing test scripts, processing support tickets, coordinating meetings, and assisting with contract and invoice management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute test scripts for UAT
• Manage project schedules and support ticket tracking
• Prepare invoices and assist in contract management
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Support system release projects and ensure timely communication
• Handle biweekly system support and follow-up documentation
• Analyze system performance and contribute to ongoing improvement projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Associate’s degree considered with relevant experience)
• Proficiency with project management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and multitasking ability
