AtkinsRéalis in New York, NY seeks a Cost Management Analyst to join our BPI Buildings & Places Team. This entry-level position supports cost reporting, invoicing, change orders, and procurement activities for construction projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Construction or Quantity Surveying, has 0-2 years of related experience, and is proficient with Primavera or Microsoft Project. The role offers mentorship, training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience in a related technical field.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Knowledge of Primavera or Microsoft Project preferred; IT literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the preparation and issuance of periodic cost reports.
• Input PO, orders and invoices into the cost report where applicable.
• Support the review of change orders in accordance with the client's approval process. Prepares and routinely monitors a change order log
• Review and monitor all the invoices for the project. May code the invoices where applicable and forward them to the client's account payable department.
• Support the procurement of construction and engineering services, including preparing RFP and bid analysis, where applicable. Supports the overview of contractor buyout of subcontract bid packages, where applicable
• Organize and attend bi-weekly cost meetings to review procurement status and change order status with the contractors and engineering teams.
• Support the review of contractor closeout documents.
