Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking an entry level Financial Analyst to support project accounting and finance activities on large-scale projects. You will assist with cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end close, helping project managers interpret financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, and/or equivalent degree.
• 0-2 years of financial/data analysis experience.
• Ability to relocate anywhere in the country.

Responsibilities

• Recognizes the importance of teamwork and helps in other areas as needed.
• Fosters relationships with the Operations team and learns the work.
• Understands payroll and HR process workflow and HR systems.
• Understands purchasing workflow, invoicing, and internal controls.
• Demonstrates understanding of accounts payable workflow and resolves vendor issues.
• Understands intercompany and client billing processes and timely billing documentation.
• Reviews costs and budget reports to ensure accurate management reporting.
• Identifies and reviews forecast and budget issues with cost reports.
• Maintains organized work environment and communicates clearly.
• Follows Corporate Compliance and supports EEO and labor law adherence.
