Job summary

Community Resources for Justice, Inc. wants you to join our Buffalo, NY team as a Program Monitor (First Shift). This entry-level, full-time role (40 hours/week) is based in Buffalo and starts at $18–$20 per hour with shift differential. It is eligible for benefits.

You will handle front desk tasks, conduct life/safety rounds, perform searches, take urine samples, and document in SecurManage while supporting residents and learning on the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate’s degree preferred, but not required.
• 1-2 years of security experience preferred but not required.
• Must complete preemployment background check.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Duties: receive residents, sign in/out, take calls, greet visitors, distribute mail, document in SecurManage.
• Security/Accountability: conduct rounds, bed checks, searches, monitor daily details, document in SecurManage.
• Take urine samples per schedule, perform alco-sensor tests, document in SecurManage.
• Serve as pro-social role model to residents and address concerns and complaints.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; perform other duties as directed.
