Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is seeking entry-level, full-time Program Monitors in Boston, MA. This 40-hour, non-exempt role starts at an hourly rate of $18–$20 with shift differential and includes benefits.

You'll perform front desk and security duties, conduct rounds, take urine samples and alco-sensor tests, and model pro-social behavior for residents while supporting their needs and concerns. Training and career advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of security experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Duties: reception, sign residents in/out, answer calls, greet visitors, log documentation.
• Security/Accountability Duties: conduct rounds, bed checks, searches, monitor daily details, document in SecurManage.
• Take urine samples per schedule, administer alco-sensor tests, document in SecurManage.
• Serve as pro-social role model to residents and address concerns and complaints.
• Attend training and staff meetings; perform other job-related tasks as directed.
