Job summary

Adecco in Irwin, PA is hiring entry-level General Labor/Production Workers for a growing manufacturing facility. This role offers hands-on experience with industry equipment and a pathway to build a career in manufacturing.

You will assist with assembly, inspect quality, handle materials, and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM with overtime; starting pay $18/hour; benefits available.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position in manufacturing environment.
• Previous general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
• Must have steel-toed boots and box cutter.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly of doors and production materials.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues.
• Help with basic repairs and material handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
