Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove damaged products and safely store or dispose.
• Perform packaging inspections for integrity and code/date compliance.
• Stack cartons or trays onto pallets using proper patterns.
• Move finished goods with pallet jacks.
• Assist operators and other production staff to maintain line efficiency.
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas per GMP.
• Follow JSAs, plant policies, and food safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and leadership.
• Participate in cross-training to support flexibility.
• Identify and report safety, quality, or productivity issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
