Christie Lites Group is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee gear, logistical, and cost aspects of live show production, ensuring professional, efficient, and timely delivery.

In this role you will build strong Rep partnerships, provide accurate show information, manage project communications, and minimize costs while coordinating with Transportation, Sub-Rentals, and Labor to resolve issues.

• Strong ability to coordinate with multiple departments and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build strong Rep partnerships and timely show information.
• Manage project communications with clients and support departments.
• Control and report project costs and substitutions to minimize expenses.
• Coordinate gear availability and substitutions to ensure compatibility with client equipment.
• Ensure Nexus orders and confirmations are up to date.
• Track missing equipment and liaise with Rental Admin and Rep.
• Keep clients informed about logistics, transport, and labor details.
