Toray Advanced Composites in Morgan Hill, CA, is seeking an Entry Level Quality Technician I to support the QA team across labs. This role emphasizes data integrity, following SOPs, and accurate data recording.

The candidate should have a high school diploma and up to 1 year of experience with composites, with the ability to use calipers/micrometers and MS Excel for reporting. Overtime may be required to meet lab needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of experience in composites, production, or quality.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Able to read and follow written/verbal instructions for machine operation.

Responsabilités

• Support QA lab activities across multiple labs.
• Record and report data using Excel.
• Read and follow Lab Requests and SOPs.
• Communicate discrepancies to Supervisor or Test Engineer.
• Maintain traceability and data integrity across processes.
