Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and equipment following instructions and quality standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform sub-assemblies and multi-step builds within required timeframes.
• Rotate across workstations and develop proficiency along the production line.
• Read basic blueprints and schematics; advance levels will expand this skill.
• Identify and report quality or production issues.
• Record measurements and production data accurately.
• Follow safety, quality, and continuous improvement processes.
• Move and handle materials, parts, and finished goods.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Support team operations and assist with training at higher skill levels.
