Medline Industries, LP is hiring for an entry-level production associate responsible for the production and packaging of component trays, kits, and other packages for customer orders. Tasks include assembling, inspecting, and preparing items for shipping, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates read, write, and compute basic math, speak and write English fluently, and can lift up to 60 lbs. The role requires occasional overtime and teamwork to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and compute basic math.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Must be able to use a computer to locate information and print reports.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods daily.
• Ability to work well with others to accomplish team objectives.
• Must have high sense of urgency.
• Willingness to assist other departments as needed to maintain production output.

Responsabilités

• Materials and Processing: Receive, verify, and sort materials; handle work orders and calculate material requirements.
• Order Assembly and Production: Assemble trays, kits, or packages according to specifications; operate embroidery machines if required.
• Measure, fold, pack finished goods; inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Use correct documentation and packaging materials; pack finished goods for delivery.
• Maintain and operate production equipment; keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow safety rules and keep work areas clean to meet safety standards.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.
