Medline is seeking an entry-level Production Associate I for on-site work in Laredo, Texas. You will support production and packaging of component trays, kits, and customer orders, rotating through tasks and ensuring quality. No prior experience required; ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work overtime as needed are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and sort materials.
• Assemble trays, kits or packages per specifications.
• Rotate tasks on production line.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality.
• Pack finished goods for delivery.
• Maintain and operate production equipment.
• Follow safety rules and keep work areas clean.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.
