Trademark Metals Recycling is hiring for a hands-on, outdoor yard/warehouse role in Bushnell, FL. Earn weekly pay with production bonuses and a clear path for growth. No experience required; paid training provided and health benefits begin within 30 days.

You may operate a forklift after training and contribute to safe, efficient scrap-metal handling. We value dependable, safety-conscious workers who can work outdoors in heat, stand/walk up to 12 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and commit to overtime

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

• Follow safety rules and look out for yourself and your teammates


• Work outdoors doing general yard and warehouse labor


• Sweep, shovel, and keep work areas clean and safe


• Help weigh, sort, and move scrap metal and materials


• Operate a forklift (or learn - we train)


• Inspect incoming scrap and help customers understand what we accept


• Cross-train and help where needed - no two days are the same

This is real, physical work - not a desk job. The harder you work, the more you earn. No experience required - we provide paid training.

Job Requirements - What We're Looking For

• Previous general labor, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience is a plus - but not required. We train the right people


• Forklift experience is a plus (not required)


• Bilingual is a plus


• Must pass hair drug test and background check
