Job summary

Torrey Holistics is hiring a Line Utility to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role calls for dependable, safety-conscious individuals who can read schedules and communicate clearly.

Expect a 12-hour weekend shift (Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) and potential for higher pay based on experience and placement on the line. Earn starting pay of $13 per hour with weekly team performance incentives, four extra hours for good attendance, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read production schedules, follow safety procedures, and communicate concerns promptly.
  • Comfortable working a 12-hour shift in high temperature production environment; stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the shift.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to wear required PPE and hear alarms and pages.
  • Prior experience operating a forklift or performing quality inspection are a plus but not required!

Responsibilities

  • Move, staging, loading, packing, and organizing materials to support production line operations.
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and ready for the next step in production.
  • Assist team members and supervisors to help meet daily production goals.
  • Perform basic quality checks and report concerns promptly.
  • Assist setup, loading, and packing teams and keep the work area clean and safe.
