Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical) required.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance of high-volume manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repairs and corrective actions with maintenance team to meet production milestones.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee installation and setup of new or modified production equipment.
• Analyze equipment issues and develop corrective actions.
• Establish preventive maintenance plan including regular overhauls.
• Manage spare parts and tools, including purchasing and safety stock.
• Develop engineering solutions for uptime, safety, and quality improvements.
• Report maintenance activities and metrics daily or weekly.
• Create training work instructions and provide training to team.
• Improve production environment with 5S and 3R standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
