Carlo’s Bakery in Jersey City, NJ is hiring an Entry Level Production Associate for shifts 6:00am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–1:00am. Walk-in interviews welcome. Pay is $16.00/hour with no prior experience required.

Must be 18+ to apply. You will assist with general production under supervision, move raw ingredients with pallet jacks, and feed cakes into automated machinery. Responsibilities include operating packaging machines, stacking, sanitation, and loading pallets for shipping.

• Assist with packing baked goods to be delivered to store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Other duties assigned by the Production Manager.
