ManpowerGroup in Willard, OH is hiring for a General Production Associate to support daily manufacturing operations. The role rotates through multiple production positions to maintain workflow, quality, and safety. This entry-level position offers training and cross-skilling in a team-based environment.

You will work all shifts with a pay rate of $16-$17 per hour and potentially overtime based on production needs. High school diploma or GED, basic English literacy, and safety focus are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards.
• Remove damaged items and properly store or dispose.
• Perform visual checks of packaging for accuracy and codes.
• Stack cartons on pallets using proper patterns.
• Safely operate pallet jacks to move finished goods.
• Assist production staff to maintain line efficiency.
• Keep work areas clean following GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Follow JSAs and plant policies.
• Communicate with teammates and leadership for shift transitions.
• Cross-train to support flexibility across areas.
• Identify and report safety or productivity issues.
