Job summary

Manpower is seeking a General Production Associate in Willard, OH. This entry-level role supports daily manufacturing operations with rotation across multiple production positions to ensure efficient workflow, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, removing defects, packaging checks, palletizing, and assisting line staff. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to read and understand English; overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove damaged or defective products and store/dispose properly.
• Perform visual packaging inspections for accuracy and code/date compliance.
• Stack cartons or trays onto pallets/skids using proper patterns.
• Operate pallet jacks to move finished goods.
• Assist operators and other staff to maintain line efficiency.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas per GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Follow JSAs, plant policies, and food safety procedures.
• Communicate with teammates and leadership for smooth shift transitions.
• Cross-train to support production area flexibility.
• Report safety, quality, or productivity issues for improvement.
• Perform additional duties as needed to meet operations.
