Job summary

Responsibilities include inspecting products, handling damaged items, packaging checks, palletizing, and assisting other production staff to keep lines efficient. Training will be provided to help you grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Remove damaged or defective products and store or dispose properly
• Perform visual packaging inspections for accuracy and compliance
• Stack cartons or trays onto pallets/skids using proper patterns
• Safely operate pallet jacks to move finished goods
• Assist operators and other staff to maintain line efficiency
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas per GMP
• Follow JSAs and food safety procedures
• Communicate with teammates and leadership for smooth shifts
• Participate in cross-training across production areas
• Identify and report safety or quality issues
• Perform additional duties as assigned
