Staffmark is hiring a Production Associate in West Unity, OH for an immediate start. You will load materials, inspect parts, and operate production equipment to help meet daily goals. This role offers a stable shift: Monday–Friday, 3 PM–11:30 PM, with a $16.50 per hour pay rate.

• Will operate an injection mold machine, trimming and inspecting plastic parts.

• Ensuring correct amount of parts are in correct bin and labeled correctly.

What You Will Do

As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
