Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and production specifications.

  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain and maintain Lift Truck Operator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist machine operators and production leads in the manufacturing of corrugated packaging products.
  • Perform quality inspections on in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with customer and production specifications.
  • Support machine setup, material feeding, product handling, cleanup, and general production operations.
  • Rotate between production tasks as needed to support workflow, efficiency, and operational demands.
  • Monitor product quality and promptly report defects, equipment concerns, or safety issues.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and team members to ensure production goals are achieved.
  • Help meet daily productivity, quality, and efficiency targets while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
  • Perform additional production, warehouse, and manufacturing support duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

  • Experience as a Flexo Helper, Die Cut Helper, Press Helper, Production Associate, or Machine Operator Assistant is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment, production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work around moving machinery, noise, vibration, humidity, and other manufacturing conditions.
  • Requires close attention to detail, depth perception, color recognition, and the ability to safely perform production tasks while wearing required PPE.
