Job summary

Ecoplastic America Corporation in Ellabell, GA is seeking an entry-level Production Associate to join the MyEco team. You will work under the guidance of the Production Supervisor to support the production area and help meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.

This full-time, hourly position operates on the 2nd shift and requires the ability to perform physical tasks, read work orders, and comply with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret work orders.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Able to stand and walk on concrete floors for long shifts.
• Willing to work weekends and nights and follow safety policies.
• Proficient in English with safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following safety policies and procedures.
• Support the Production Supervisor and Leads in daily operations to complete tasks efficiently.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality and performance.
• Help manage workflow to ensure on-time delivery of products to internal and external customers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in use and maintenance of production tools and equipment.
• Support in tracking departmental performance measures and visual controls.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance employee relations and production effectiveness.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
