Job summary

SECO ECOPLASTIC in Ellabell, GA, is seeking a motivated entry-level Production Associate to join the MyEco team. You will support the Production Supervisor in meeting safety, quality, and delivery targets and help maintain high production efficiency.

This on-site role requires reading work orders, lifting up to 40 pounds, standing on concrete floors, and flexibility to work weekends and nights. Competitive wage with health, dental, vision, PTO and 401K.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• 1 year of continuous work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete for long shifts; PPE required.
• Must be proficient in speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following safety policies.
• Support the Production Supervisor and Leads in daily operations.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures for consistent quality.
• Help manage workflow to ensure on-time delivery of quality products.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Assist in use and maintenance of production tools and equipment.
• Help track departmental performance measures and visual controls.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve production effectiveness.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous conduct.
