Job summary
Ecoplastic America Corporation is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for the Register, GA area. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment in an industrial setting.
The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background, experience with PLCs and automation, and the ability to read schematics and manuals. The position may require overtime and on-call duties as needed to support production goals.
Qualifications
- Must have strong electrical troubleshooting skills and experience with 480V systems.
- Experience reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Background in preventive maintenance of motors, conveyors, PLCs, and electrical panels.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues including wiring, circuits, and control systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems and implement solutions.
- Work with PLC programming and automation systems for troubleshooting and upgrades.
- Ensure OSHA safety compliance and company policies.
- Document maintenance activities and parts in CMMS or logs.
