Job summary

VCI Construction, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support telecom equipment purchases, inventory accuracy, and supplier relationships. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and exposure to a fast-growing telecom construction environment.

The coordinator will process orders, maintain records, and collaborate with field teams to ensure timely, accurate procurement. Strong Excel/Smartsheet skills and SAP familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative setting.
• Experience in telecommunications, construction, or technical industries preferred.
• Familiarity with telecom materials, tools, and equipment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet; SAP (preferred) is a plus.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with entering and processing material and equipment orders.
• Maintain and update inventory records and spreadsheets.
• Preparing and entering purchase orders.
• Communicate with field teams, and other staff, regarding requests.
• Maintain vendor information and pricing records.
• Assist with resolving orders and invoice issues.
• Organize and maintain purchasing and inventory documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the purchasing team.
