Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Issue POs in a timely manner.
• Communicates and follows up with suppliers on order status.
• Coordinates with suppliers and processes PO changes.
• Resolves Griefs and NCRs.
• Interprets contract terms and conditions.
• Unitizes metrics and dashboards to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Facilitates supplier/subcontractor relationships to meet delivery requirements and expectations.
• Develops, documents and implements process changes in support of company goals.
• Identifies and implements improvements to streamline process flows.
• Possesses general knowledge to act independently in routine problems or situations.
