TEKsystems in Winchester, VA is seeking an entry-level Processing Assistant to join the team on a contract-to-hire basis. The role features hybrid work, with on-site days and flexible scheduling, and a structured training program starting immediately.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with onboarding through a multi-week schedule and performance-based progression. This position emphasizes time management, organization, and customer-service skills in a fast-paced production environment.

Processing Assistant

Start Date: Tuesday 9/8

Training: FT Onsite M-F 8am-4:30pmCT/9am-5:30pmET

Standard New Hire: 9/9-9/11

New Hire Training: 9/14-10/9

Bridge Training: FT Onsite M-F 11/23-01/29 - 8am-4:30pmCT/9am-5:30pmET

Shift Schedules: M-F 8:30am-5:00pmCT/9:30am-6:00pmET

Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite

Dates are flexible however, there could be a specific day of the week their team leader requires on campus attendance. Otherwise, it is at the discretion of the employee which days best suites their work life balance

Target Pay: $18.50

Time off Policy: No time off in the first 6 months-especially during training

Candidate Profile: This is an entry level position however, the following skills will set them up for success in a fast paced production environment:

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
