Job summary

Applied Medical is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to ensure reliability and optimal performance of CNC machinery and other manufacturing equipment used to produce life‑saving medical devices. This role supports the safety and effectiveness of products delivered to healthcare professionals and patients worldwide.

You will perform scheduled maintenance, document tasks, monitor spare parts, follow safety protocols, and contribute to minimizing downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Showcase basic mechanical aptitude, demonstrated through performance or certifications.
• Use standard hand tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machinery and other manufacturing equipment according to factory requirements and established schedules.
• Execute maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, and replacing parts to maintain equipment performance per factory recommendations.
• Document all maintenance activities accurately, including dates, tasks performed, parts used, and observations.
• Support inventory management by monitoring and replenishing spare parts and supplies used to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.
